Reviews from Verde Valley homeowners

“Josh Floyd has been servicing my home in Sedona for the last year and half. He always shows up on time with a great attitude and does a great job for me.”

“I recently moved to Sedona and Alternative was recommended to me by my neighbors. Lee and Josh provided with great service.”

“I have used Alternative Pest & Termite Control to conduct a termite inspection of houses I am looking at buying. They catch termite infestations that other companies miss. I highly recommend this company.”

“We haven't seen any scorpions after being treated and we were infested seeing at least one a day in the house! Finally, something that works and is NOT dangerous to us or our dogs. So grateful.”

“Rick is amazing! He is punctual, communicative, thorough, and goes above and beyond my expectations. But most importantly what he does works!”

“Called Alternative, they came out and sprayed inside and outside of the house. We have dogs that roam around our property too, so really needed spraying! We love it, all buggies are gone and/or dead...they come out every other month and call ahead to let me know to put dogs inside. They are great!! Recommend them to all!”

“I called the office and they said that Kaleb would be coming. He was prompt and polite and kind. He did his inspection and didn't find any new infestations but we have tiny ants outside by the stair steps and he sprayed them. I appreciated him offering to spray for free.”
