Most companies spray the perimeter and move on. We start with a conversation about what you are seeing, look at the property, and then use the methods that fit. Every home gets the core treatments below. Other methods are included on some plans and added as needed on others, depending on your home.
Perimeter dust barrier
An organic natural mineral dust applied around the outside of your home. Crawling insects have to cross it to get in, and it works on a wide range of pests.
Crack & crevice treatment
We have two different sprays for the outside of the home, one organic and one chemical, applied into the cracks, gaps and voids where pests hide and travel.
Spider web removal
We knock down webs and egg sacs around the outside of the home so spiders have less to come back to.
Interior spray
An indoor spray applied where pests are active, added when your home needs it.
Granular bait
Bait placed in the yard and around the foundation for ants, roaches and crickets. They take it back to the nest or harborage. Added when your home needs it.
Rodent station service
Rodent stations placed around the property. We refill and service them as an add-on to your regular plan.
Roach gel bait
Gel bait placed in the places roaches travel. On some plans it is included every month, and on others we refill it as needed. Extra refills are available as an add-on.
Scorpion treatment
Scorpion-specific sprays aimed at the entry points and hiding spots scorpions use around the home. See our scorpion control page.
Ant spot treatment
A focused treatment on a specific ant trail or nest when that is all the problem calls for.
Ant full treatment
A fuller treatment for larger or persistent ant problems, covering the property rather than one trail.
Custom follow-up as needed
If pests show up between visits, we come back. Your plan changes with what your home needs.
Termites
While our techs aren't doing a full inspection, but all of our techs are watching for signs of termites. We always offer a free full inspection All of our Termite work is separate from your regular plan: a free inspection, a full treatment if termites are found, and a guarantee that we treat again for free if they come back.
